Basically, this TOS says that we will try our best to provide excellent service, but if we screw up for some reason, you can't sue us. Also, if you abuse our system, we'll deny you service.

Upgrades

A subset of services provided by ADQORE.COM are only available on a time-limited basis to USERS who pay a commensurate fee.

Accounts

The service(s) available at ADQORE.COM are provided in the form of user accounts. No USER may have more than one (1) account. Accounts are limited to one (1) per person, corporation, organization, or entity. Free accounts are limited by usage volume; if the usage volume is exceeded, the USER may under no circumstances open another account to get around the restriction. Failure to heed to this rule will result in the termination of all the USER's accounts, and legal action if necessary.

Liability

Any direct or indirect usage of any form of information and/or services provided by ADQORE.COM site construes tacit acknowledgement that ADQORE.COM is not liable for any consequences arising from the usage of the service(s) provided by ADQORE.COM. The service(s) available by ADQORE.COM are provided on an "as is" basis, in good faith, but without insurance. ADQORE.COM provides no warranty, guaranty, guarantee, or any other protection regarding the use of ADQORE.COM, or the use of information derived from ADQORE.COM. The USER uses ADQORE.COM solely at his, her, or their own risk. Jurisdiction

This operation of ADQORE.COM falls under the legal jurisdiction of the Republic of the Philippines. The USER's usage of the ADQORE.COM constitutes an agreement to abide and be bound by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
